Chancel Choir supports the Music and Worship Arts Ministry at Oak Ridge UMC by singing regularly for worship. Rehearsals are very informal, and having fun is an integral part of our time. We strive to grow both spiritually and musically through the music, fellowship, devotions and prayer. We also get together occasionally outside of church for pool parties and other gatherings.
There is an open invitation to join anytime. We have some that sing with us only for our Christmas Cantata, as the 2-3 month rehearsal commitment is all they can make. You are welcome to join us for rehearsal one evening and see what we are all about.
