UMM Scholarship Forms

The 2012 season is here and graduating high school students and college undergraduates are encouraged to submit applications for the UMM Scholarships.  The scholarships are for $500 each!

Forms are available at the Information Centers and also on the website via this link.  If you cannot locate one, contact the church office.  The deadline for submission is Sunday, May 6.
